4. Loan/Lending Institution Loan Balance Ledger

Maximum Loanable Amount - P 200,000.00 / 3yrs - P 7,666.67 / 36 mos.

*No salary loan applied for payable in 3 years (36 mos.), available only in Buy-Out Loan.
